David is a seasoned construction professional with over two decades of comprehensive experience in the construction and engineering sectors. With a strong technical foundation and detail-oriented approach, he brings precision, leadership, and practical expertise to every project.

As a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, he has built a career defined by versatility across commercial, industrial, healthcare, educational, and multi-family residential construction. His experience covers every phase of the project lifecycle, including conceptual design, estimating, financial oversight, scheduling, and project management.

Throughout his career, he has led large-scale international construction projects, directed innovative R&D programs, and advanced safety-focused solutions that improve operational efficiency.
